Bonneur standing on his head, a paper origami bird made by Cloudine, numerous dance groups, individual song performers, a drawing of the sisters' house made with the help of a magnifying glass by Cedric, boys' gymnastic shows, Prince playing the guitar are just some of the categories of "Got Talent" evenings in our hostels. A time of joy, laughter, reflection and discovering real little artists.
The beginning of May is the feast of St. Joseph, the patron saint of all workers. That is why, this month we organized a meeting for all manual workers employed in our Centre.
The program included artistic performances prepared by our students, songs, dances and two short drama showing the value of parents in raising children. Our students expressed not only words of gratitude to individual groups of employees, but everyone also received a picture drawn by our visually impaired students, depicting a person at work. There was a lot of joy but also tears of emotion on the faces of our employees. From the administration side, our colleagues received a motivational gift and a diploma of appreciation for their work, dedication and co-creation of the home for our students.
The meeting ended with a meal, conversation and singing.
